Leads are not handed to you in this profession; however, we will give you all the resources needed to get your own leads and clients.

Requirements:

Be a licensed NC agent, or be willing to complete pre-licensing courses.

Ready to put in the hours for education, lead generation, and the coaching classes.

Be financially prepared for a 100% commission role. Most agents do not make their first paycheck for 3-6 months. Are you ready to take this on?

Hybrid Work: While agents can work from home, it is advised that new agents come into the office at least 3 days a week to network, ask questions, and take the classes to better educate yourself. Going full-remote for a new agent will be very difficult.
